Cookie Policy

This policy explains how Ai Predictions uses cookies, local browser storage, tags, and similar technologies for sign-in, app functionality, diagnostics, and optional analytics.

Session cookie for signed-in users
Functional local browser storage
Optional analytics and diagnostics

What Cookies And Similar Technologies Are

Cookies are small files stored by your browser. Similar technologies include localStorage, sessionStorage, IndexedDB, pixels, scripts, SDKs, tags, and embedded content. They can keep you signed in, remember app settings, measure usage, and help us diagnose errors.

2

Technologies We Use

Strictly necessary

The httpOnly soap-session cookie lets server-rendered pages recognize signed-in users. Firebase may use browser storage during the Google or Apple sign-in flow.

Functional storage

localStorage and sessionStorage remember theme choice, return-to route, cookie acknowledgement, guest-preview dismissals, selected UI state, and other app preferences.

Analytics

When deployment variables enable them, PostHog and Google Tag Manager may collect page views, feature events, referrer details, device and browser information, and approximate location derived from network metadata.

Diagnostics

Sentry and internal telemetry may collect error reports, stack traces, route transitions, breadcrumbs, API failure details, performance information, and related troubleshooting metadata.
3

Examples Of Current Storage

  • soap-session - signed-in server session, currently up to 14 days.
  • cookie_consent_accepted - stores that you acknowledged the cookie banner.
  • soap-theme - remembers light or dark theme preference.
  • soap-return-to - temporarily remembers where to send you after sign-in.
  • Guest-preview and UI keys - remember dismissed explainers and local interface state.
  • Firebase storage and IndexedDB entries - support social sign-in and token exchange.
4

Third-Party Cookies And SDKs

Authentication providers, analytics providers, diagnostics providers, embedded media, and external market links may set their own cookies or use similar technologies. These third parties control their own technologies and privacy practices.

The app may embed YouTube videos using the youtube-nocookie.com domain, but playback may still cause YouTube or Google to process data under their own policies.

5

How To Manage Cookies And Storage

  • Use your browser settings to block or delete cookies, localStorage, sessionStorage, IndexedDB, and site data.
  • Use private browsing or tracking-prevention tools if you want to limit analytics or third-party technologies.
  • Sign out to clear the active server session cookie for this site.
  • Clear site data if you want to reset theme, cookie acknowledgement, guest-preview dismissals, Firebase browser storage, and local UI state.
  • Blocking necessary cookies or Firebase storage may prevent sign-in or authenticated app features from working.
6

Consent And Regional Rules

Some jurisdictions require consent before non-essential cookies, analytics, or device-storage technologies are used. Ai Predictions is designed so deployment teams can disable optional analytics providers through environment configuration. Where consent is required, optional analytics and advertising tags should be configured to respect that requirement.

The cookie banner stores an acknowledgement in the browser. It is not a full preference center. You can also control storage through your browser and device settings.
