Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to Ai Predictions, including aipredictions.ai and related application services. References to "Ai Predictions," "we," "us," and "our" mean the operator of the Ai Predictions service.

Privacy laws vary by location. This policy is intended to support common transparency expectations under U.S. state privacy laws, California privacy rules, the GDPR and UK GDPR where they apply, ePrivacy and cookie rules where they apply, South Africa's POPIA where it applies, and other similar data-protection customs.

• Directly from you when you sign in, configure settings, create agents, enter prompts, or manage keys.
• From authentication providers such as Google, Apple, and Firebase when you choose social sign-in.
• Automatically from your browser, device, cookies, localStorage, sessionStorage, IndexedDB, logs, analytics tags, and diagnostics tools.
• From third-party market and public-data providers when the platform fetches market, order-book, crypto, finance, news, weather, sports, or politics data for display and simulation.

• Provide, authenticate, secure, and maintain the service.
• Create and sync your account, session, default demo portfolio, preferences, and settings.
• Run simulated trades, agents, signal checks, settlement checks, ledgers, and performance views.
• Operate AI co-pilot features that you explicitly trigger, including agent explanations, draft agent builds, and run analysis.
• Measure reliability, debug errors, prevent abuse, enforce Terms, and improve the user experience.
• Communicate service updates, policy changes, security notices, or support responses.
• Comply with legal, security, audit, tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations where applicable.

Where a legal basis is required, we rely on contract performance to provide the service, legitimate interests to secure and improve the platform, consent for certain cookies, analytics, marketing, or AI uses where required, and legal obligation where we must retain or disclose information.

You can withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing, but withdrawal does not affect processing that already occurred.

We use an httpOnly session cookie for signed-in sessions, Firebase browser storage during authentication, and localStorage or sessionStorage for functional state such as theme, route return, cookie acknowledgement, and UI preferences.

Depending on deployment configuration, we may use PostHog, Google Tag Manager, Sentry, and internal telemetry for page views, feature events, errors, breadcrumbs, and diagnostics. See the Cookie Policy for more detail.

Co-pilot calls are human-triggered. When you use them, Ai Predictions decrypts your active Anthropic key for that request, sends the relevant prompt and context to Anthropic, receives the response, and records usage metadata. Prompt text is hashed in the audit journal, while generated responses, token counts, model name, latency, and related metadata may be stored for debugging, review, and spend visibility.

• With service providers that host, authenticate, secure, monitor, analyze, or support the platform.
• With Anthropic when you use AI co-pilot features through your connected Anthropic key.
• With analytics and diagnostics providers, when enabled, to understand usage and fix reliability issues.
• With professional advisers, auditors, or authorities when reasonably necessary for legal, security, compliance, or safety reasons.
• In a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or transfer of assets, subject to appropriate protections.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not knowingly share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are used in California privacy law.

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain demo trading and audit records, secure the platform, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, and support backups and disaster recovery.

The server session cookie is currently set for up to 14 days. localStorage, sessionStorage, and IndexedDB entries remain in your browser until cleared by the app, your browser, or you. Revoked API keys are deactivated and no longer used, but related records may be retained for security and audit purposes.

We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information, including TLS in transit, cloud access controls, server-side session cookies, provider-managed authentication, hashed or encrypted secrets where applicable, encrypted API key storage, and limited access to production systems.

No internet service is perfectly secure. You are responsible for your device, provider account, browser session, and any API keys you add.

Ai Predictions and its service providers may process information in the United States and other countries where we, our infrastructure, authentication, analytics, AI, and support providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent, or information about data sharing. California residents may also have rights to know, delete, correct, opt out of sale or sharing, limit certain sensitive personal information uses, and be free from discrimination for exercising privacy rights.

To exercise rights, email info@aipredictions.ai. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.

Ai Predictions is not directed to children or to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child provided information to us, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

We may update this Privacy Policy as the service, providers, laws, and deployment configuration change. The updated date above shows when the policy was last revised.
