The guarantee

If you are not satisfied with a purchase, contact us within 30 days of payment and we will refund it in full. This applies to every plan we sell — Monthly, Yearly, and Lifetime.

What a plan buys

Plans unlock features of the AI Predictions software for a specific agent you build: unlimited backtests and live simulated runs. Plans are software subscriptions; they are not deposits, trading capital, or investment products, and no plan promises trading returns.

Cancelling

Monthly and Yearly plans renew automatically and can be cancelled anytime; the agent they unlocked stays unlocked to the end of the paid period and re-locks after. Lifetime is a one-time payment and never renews.

How refunds are processed

Payments are handled by Paddle, our merchant of record. Refunds return to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days of approval.
