Terms of Service

Ai Predictions provides software for event-market research, simulated trading, portfolio accounting, signal monitoring, and automated agent testing. The platform may display third-party market data, live or cached order books, news, weather, sports, finance, crypto, and other public or licensed data feeds.

By signing in, creating an account, using the site, configuring an agent, placing a simulated trade, or continuing to use the service after an update is posted, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy, and the Risk Disclaimer.

If you use Ai Predictions for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to use prediction-market research tools in your jurisdiction.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of account information provided through Google, Apple, Firebase, or any other supported sign-in provider.
• You are responsible for maintaining control of your device, browser session, provider account, and any API keys you connect.
• You may not use the service if you are barred by sanctions, export-control rules, platform rules, or other applicable law.

New users may receive a demo portfolio funded with virtual USD. These balances, shares, trades, positions, ledger entries, profit and loss figures, and agent results exist only inside Ai Predictions. They are not deposits, stored value, securities, commodities, event contracts, winnings, rewards, or redeemable assets.

Simulated buys and sells may walk live or cached order books to model slippage, fees, partial fills, and settlement outcomes. Those models are approximations and can differ materially from real execution.

Ai Predictions is not a broker-dealer, futures commission merchant, introducing broker, swap dealer, investment adviser, commodity trading adviser, exchange, prediction-market operator, bank, wallet, or custodian. Nothing on the site is personalized financial, investment, legal, tax, accounting, or regulatory advice.

Nothing on the site — including market data, order books, prices, probabilities, categories, signals, agent output, AI co-pilot responses, backtests, demo results, rankings, or any other information we display or generate — is to be construed as financial, investment, or trading advice or as a recommendation, endorsement, or inducement to enter into any transaction.

You should consult qualified professionals before making real-world trading, investment, tax, legal, or compliance decisions.

The service relies on third-party services that may include Firebase, Google, Apple, Anthropic, PostHog, Google Tag Manager, Sentry, cloud hosting providers, market-data providers, and public data sources. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices.

Ai Predictions does not control third-party markets, prices, settlement decisions, API availability, authentication providers, browser extensions, or network conditions.

• Do not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or harmful activity.
• Do not try to bypass authentication, rate limits, security controls, or portfolio ownership boundaries.
• Do not scrape, overload, probe, reverse engineer, or interfere with the service except as allowed by law and written permission.
• Do not submit secrets, private keys, regulated personal data, or confidential third-party information unless the feature explicitly asks for it.
• Do not misrepresent simulated results as audited, guaranteed, real-money, or officially endorsed performance.

You retain ownership of prompts, agent names, configurations, API key labels, and other content you submit. You grant Ai Predictions a limited license to host, process, transmit, display, and analyze that content as needed to provide, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the service.

If you connect an Anthropic API key, you authorize Ai Predictions to use that key for the human-triggered co-pilot actions you request. Anthropic may bill your Anthropic account directly under Anthropic's terms. Store and revoke keys responsibly.

Ai Predictions, including its software, visual design, workflows, brand, documentation, and non-user content, is owned by its operators or licensors. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you. You may use the service only as permitted by these Terms.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ai Predictions disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, uninterrupted operation, availability, and error-free performance.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ai Predictions and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or lost-profit damages, or for loss of data, goodwill, opportunities, or real-world trading outcomes, even if advised that such damages are possible.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations. In those places, the limitations apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ai Predictions, its operators, affiliates, and their respective officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to your use or misuse of the service, your real-world trading or investment decisions, your reliance on any information or output from the service, your violation of these Terms or applicable law, or your infringement of the rights of any third party.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if we believe your use creates legal, security, operational, abuse, or platform-integrity risk. You may stop using the service at any time.

We may update features, data sources, these Terms, or related policies as the service evolves. Material changes will be posted in the app or on the relevant policy page. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the Ai Predictions operator and to your use of the service, without limiting mandatory consumer, privacy, or data-protection rights that cannot be waived by contract. Disputes will be handled in a court with competent jurisdiction unless applicable law requires another forum.

• Entire agreement: these Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Risk Disclaimer, form the entire agreement between you and Ai Predictions regarding the service and supersede any prior agreements on the same subject.
• Severability: if any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full force, and the unenforceable provision is limited only to the minimum extent necessary.
• No waiver: our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
• Assignment: you may not assign or transfer these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets.
• Force majeure: we are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including outages, provider failures, or other force-majeure events.
